W02D3 πŸƒπŸ” Intervals

Today’s plan had our first set of intervals installed for us so we headed down to the Danube to take in the sites. Having seen intervals on the calendar I had expected to be running zone 4 heart rate but to my surprise the Garmin said that it was zone 3 intervals. So we were still stuck on the lower paces but I guess the plan is easinging us into what should become more pushing in the coming weeks.

Today’s Run

W02D3-Intervals
Wed, 3 Jan. 2018 β€’ Warm up for 10 minutes. β€’ Run in Z4, threshold 3 minutes. Run in Z2, recovery, 1.5 minutes. Repeat 5 times. β€’ Cool down, 5 to 10 minutes. β€’ Stretch.
