Today’s Garmin half marathon training plan had an easy run lined up for us. We knew of an easy place to run and headed down to margitsziget knowing that a 30 minute run would be roughly 1 lap around the island.
Dalma was a lot more child this time and fell asleep just before we left the tram meaning the easy run just got easier. There is always the dear that she won’t want to stay in the runner and have to cancel the run. One of the challenges of completing a training plan with a baby. For this reason I now try to time most our runs around the time I expect her to fall asleep.
This now raises a question for Vivicitta as the time the run starts is not a time Dalma would ever fall asleep through the day.
• Run in Z2, easy, 30 minutes.
• Cool down, 5 to 10 minutes.
