Today’s training was the first Fartlek run. Fartlek is a word that runners like to use to confuse people and get a laugh and also a training method that varies your pace across the duration of your run.
With all the snow still about the was no better place to run than asking the Ezerjo Felmaraton course which is picturesque on anyday but extra special when there is snow.
