W11D6-Sziget Run Interval Training🏃🏃‍♀️ROAD TO VIVICITTA 2018

After yesterday’s failure in the timelapse department where all I managed to capture nothing under the rain cover of the baby runner I decided to have a second aren’t at creating the video I had in mind.

Today the conditions were much nicer with the sun out and the temperature rising. Today’s run was a bit different from yesterday, instead of running at a steady pace I did some intervals to get the heart rate up. As it ended up we did a little over 1 lap of the island.

After the run we ended back at Europa Kavehaz light we did yesterday this time we remembered to pay for the coffee this time… This being the 2nd time we have done this but we are pretty regular customers here that they know us by name It’s pretty safe to say they would see us again and receive payment.

Today’s Run

Wed, 7 Mar. 2018
• Warm up, 10 minutes. • Run in Z4, threshold, 10 minutes. Run in Z2, recovery, 2 minutes. Repeat 2 times. • Cool down, 5 to 10 minutes. • Stretch.
