Normally today would be reserved for a rest day to fit in with my work schedule but considering yesterday’s run was lost to 20 month year olds melt down it meant it would have to be abandoned.
Having looked at the#garmin #Vivicitta2018 #halfmarathontraining plan I figured the was a small window of opportunity to get a solo run in today as Dalma’s grandmother was still in Budapest to some some there with my wife. This meant leaving work straight away… Getting home and changing into running gear straight away… Getting my 45 min run and and getting back home before 6 to take over parenting before Dalma’s grandmother left for the theatre.
As a result I did my first run at Gesztenyés-kert purely out of convenience with its proximity to home.
