Today’s garmin halfmarathontraining plan had an easy run lined up so we thought we would take advantage of the snow while it was still about and headed up to #Normafa for a #snowrun
We took the car up which took ten minutes from where we live. Dalma insisted on taking her own pram to push so there was always that chance that she would rather be out pushing than in a pram. But with perfect timing Dalma was also within 5 minutes of the drive.
Today’s planned run was for 40 minutes and as it worked out we could run from the train car park all the way to the tower and back with some added small loops. We had been up here in the weekend with it absolutely full of winter activities. Today was a bit less chaotic will only a few sleds heading down the hill.
