After almost a month of the garmin half marathon training plan and running with Dalma we have a few things worked out now. By far the easiest way to get a run in with her is planning it around her sleeping pattern.
After reading the same book 50 times this afternoon she finally fell asleep at 16:00 which is pushing the question is it too late to run with her and waiting for her mum to come home and running solo even later.
I decided to give it a go and see how we go. Running with a baby in winter the is always that feeling that people are judging you. She was dubbed up from head to toe and at the run she was a bit sweet under all the layers. We are really looking forward to spring with longer daylight hours and warmer temperatures although we know there is still plenty of winter training to come.
